Why I do this work
From the beginning of my training and almost every day in clinic, I meet people who either have never had a thorough health assessment done or “gotten everything checked and discovered XYZ Disease or Dysfunction” with little to no follow-up, education, or plan for improvement.
We’re facing a growing chronic disease problem in Canada and North America, and much of it is preventable.

Part of the problem is that people don’t know they’re part of the statistics until their slowly developing, slightly annoying dysfunction becomes a disease state. That feeling — knowing something isn’t right, but not knowing where to start or what kind of care to seek out — is what guided me toward a more comprehensive, preventative root-cause approach to care.
Today, my focus is on helping people understand their physiology, reduce the overwhelm, and build a clear, structured path toward better energy, hormones, digestion, and resilience.

75-minute session
Your care begins with a comprehensive discovery appointment where we explore your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This in-depth discussion helps us understand your unique health picture and lays the groundwork for a tailored care plan that aligns with your needs and priorities.
When appropriate, we recommend targeted testing to support diagnosis, guide your treatment plan, and provide meaningful data for ongoing monitoring.

Bloodwork & Functional tests
Following your consultation, we may recommend targeted lab testing to gather deeper insight into your health.
This may include bloodwork, saliva, or stool testing for metabolic biomarkers, hormone panels, nutrient assessments, gut microbiome testing, organ function, and more. These tools help identify imbalances and uncover the root causes behind your symptoms - giving us a clearer path forward.

50 minutes, 1 -2 weeks after completing your assessments
With your test results and health goals in mind, we create a customized health strategy designed to restore balance and optimize your well-being. Your plan may include nutrition recommendations, targeted supplementation, lifestyle strategies, or therapies suited to your needs. We’ll check in regularly to ensure your progress stays on track.

Health is an ongoing process, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Through regular follow-ups, we track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and address any new concerns that arise. Our goal is to ensure lasting results and empower you with the tools and knowledge to stay well long-term.
